Our association decided to add a community site for our members. After looking at all the possible sites available we chose Higher Logic and it was the best choice we could have made. We are an association with a premised based system and tend to use software inside the box but not necessarily for what it was intended. Higher Logic'€™s support staff worked with us to determine what we needed and how it could be accomplished quickly. Since the initial launch they have always been the best support staff that we work with, answering everything from simple questions to complex ideas€ we would like to add to our site. We don'€™t consider ourselves one of their large clients but are always treated as if we were their only client. I would recommend them to any organization that is looking to add this social piece to their member benefits.

 

 

 

We began using Higher Logic in 2012 when we redesigned our website and wanted to build in a means of supporting collaboration and exchange among our members and working groups. The integration was smooth and the community site has become a great asset to our organization and to our constituency. We are very pleased with the functionality, and the company continues to introduce new enhancements. The HL staff are amazing -- very knowledgeable and responsive, and the support communities are also a great source of advice and inspiration. Five stars!
